Glaucoma (Moderate)
Moderate glaucoma in the right eye shows thinning of the neuroretinal rim with an increased cup:disk ratio, vertical elongation of the cup (cupping), pitting or notching of the rim, and wedge-shaped dark areas that reflect retinal nerve fiber layer damage.
