Pinguecula
This photo shows a pinguecula, a raised yellowish white mass, adjacent to the cornea. It is a benign conjunctival growth that does not affect vision. This pinguecula is inflamed, with localized dilated normal conjunctival blood vessels highlighting its appearance.
