Vitamin B6 Toxicity

Vitamin B6 toxicity may be caused by ingestion of megadoses (> 500 mg/day) of pyridoxine. Toxicity may cause peripheral neuropathy. Diagnosis is clinical. Recovery is slow and sometimes incomplete.
