Collapsing Glomerulopathy
Wrinkling or collapse of the glomerular tuft, accompanied here by microcystic dilation of tubules, may occur with focal segmental glomerulosclerosis or HIV-associated nephropathy and is a marker of unfavorable prognosis (Jones silver stain, ×400).
